Match the target colour using the hue, saturation and lightness sliders, then submit once. Scored on how different the two colours would look to the eye.
Match a colour with three sliders and submit once. The score is not how close the numbers are but how different the two colours would actually look, which is a different thing: some large numeric errors are invisible and some small ones are obvious. It is the puzzle people are most surprised to be bad at.
When you will see it
Hue Hunt is a Wildcard. It takes the fourth slot for a week at a time, on a rotation through twelve candidates.
