Tap a tile to rotate it. Connect the source to the sink AND leave no pipe end open anywhere, not just along the route. Fewer taps, more stars.
Rotate tiles until water can run from the source to the sink. The rule people miss is the second one: every pipe end on the board has to be closed, not only the ones on your route, so a working path with a loose elbow in the corner is not finished. Fewer taps score higher, so think before you spin.
